Light Duty 1-Story Carriage House (w/o Loft)
The carriage house is a familiar outbuilding throughout New England. The 1-story carriage house is suitable for use as a garage, workshop, storage building, or any combination of the above. The 1-story carriage house is a relatively low profile building that fits well for in-town as well as country locations. The 1-story carriage house can be built as small as 22x24 or as large as 22x48. The building can be enhanced with any number of door and window combinations and can easily except overhead garage doors.

Heavy Duty 1 1/2-Story Carriage House (w/ Loft)
Our 1 1/2-story carriage house is the big brother of the 1-story carriage house. This is a heavily framed building that supports a generous loft and includes the classic saltbox roofline. The loft space can be converted into living space to support an in-home office or guesthouse. A small shed dormer can easily be added to further enhance the loft space. The 1 1/2-story carriage house can be built in a 24x24 to a 26x48 configuration.
